Western Cape

The Western Cape Education Department believes that through careers guidance, we can teach our learners far more about what careers are available, and also which ones provide better opportunities for employment or entrepreneurship. There are many scarce skills that we need as a country, and if more people are aware of these and choose these, the more we will be able to address both the skills shortages as well as the high rate of unemployment.
